Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

TNM Nights is a digital product that grants you instant access to all 7 nights of guided audio, journaling prompts, and related content immediately upon purchase. Because access is delivered instantly and in full, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed — including if you change your mind, do not complete the Program, or do not experience the results you hoped for.

2. Why we don't offer refunds

Unlike a physical product, TNM Nights cannot be "returned" once it has been accessed. Our pricing (₹999 in India / $18 elsewhere) reflects this instant, full-access, one-time model. We encourage you to review the program description, the 7-Night Journey structure, and the FAQs on our homepage before purchasing.

3. Narrow exceptions

The only circumstances in which we will make an exception to this no-refund policy are:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical or payment error.
• You paid but never received access to the Program due to a technical failure on our end, and we were unable to fix it after being notified.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.

If any of the above applies to you, please email hello@hummingnest.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order details, and we will look into it.
