TNM Nights is a guided night-reset audio program created by Abhiraam Gautham ("The Night Manager") and offered by Humming Nest ("Humming Nest," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using TNM Nights (the "Program"), you ("you" or "the user") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
TNM Nights is a self-guided wellness product consisting of guided audio tracks, journaling prompts, breathwork exercises, and related digital content designed to support relaxation and a calmer bedtime routine.
TNM Nights is not medical care, mental health treatment, or therapy. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare provider. It does not treat, diagnose, or cure insomnia, anxiety, depression, or any medical or psychological condition.
If you are experiencing severe depression, suicidal thoughts, a mental health crisis, trauma crisis, or clinical insomnia, please seek immediate help from a qualified professional or emergency service in your area. TNM Nights is not equipped to provide emergency support.
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Program with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or use TNM Nights.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program for your own individual, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publicly perform, sublicense, or share your access credentials or the Program's content with any third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in breach of this license, including unauthorized sharing or distribution of Program content.
The Program is offered as a one-time payment. Pricing is displayed at checkout and may vary by region or currency (for example, ₹999 for customers in India and $18 USD for customers outside India). Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.

All audio, text, journaling prompts, branding, and other materials that make up TNM Nights are owned by Humming Nest and/or Abhiraam Gautham and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No part of the Program may be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humming Nest and Abhiraam Gautham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of results, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Program. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Program shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for it.
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that it will produce any particular emotional, psychological, or health outcome.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humming Nest, Abhiraam Gautham, and their respective affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Program or your breach of these Terms.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Program, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
